To Make Reservations:

All reservations must be made at the time of registration. You must pay for your room in advance. If you charge your room, "McKing Consulting Corporation" will be shown on your credit card statement. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice in order to receive a full refund.

In order to make a reservation you will need:

- First and Last Name with address and contact information
- Arrival and Departure dates
- Room Preference (Smoking, Non-Smoking)
- Room Type (King, Double)
- Credit Card Number (along with expiration date)

Once you have registered and provided us with the above information concerning your lodging you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 7 - 10 business days containing the information you provided and your hotel confirmation number.
